Kaleidos Network
Kaleidos' Vision
Our dream is to see healthy intercultural churches in every culturally diverse town and city across Europe, effectively reaching the ethnic groups around them and integrating them into loving, united, worshipping communities.
Kaleidos' Mission
As a relational network of European catalysts, we are united in our mission to develop healthy intercultural churches able to reach their diverse communities through multiplying disciples and planting churches.
We aim to:
● Inspire church leaders with the biblical conviction that their church should reflect the cultural diversity of their community and be shaped by intercultural values.
● Equip church leaders with confidence to lead intercultural churches with wisdom and skill.
● Enable connection, so church leaders are supported and can continue to learn together.
Kaleidos' Goals
1. Establish a European-wide relational network of national catalysts who can lead the vision forward across the continent.
2. Promote a compelling vision for intercultural church that inspires Christians across Europe.
3. Support the development of intercultural church networks in nations or areas, where there are few or none
4. Ensure there is training in intercultural leadership that is accessible, biblical and practical, for church leaders across Europe.
5. Develop and share resources, research and theological articles.
6. Offer relational networks for those leaders where they can find support and mutual learning.
7. Bridge the divide between diaspora church leaders and native European church leaders, to enable greater understanding and effective collaboration for intercultural ministry.
